9-week training program that focuses on revolutionizing the way we feel and think about your body; about how we view good health and how we can get healthy in mind, body, and spirit.
God is at the center and at the very heart of us all. So, He will also be at the heart of this training.
Why should you join this program?
Because it’s going to get you to do more than exercise and eat healthy. If you wanted to just lose weight, you could do weight watchers and join a gym. But, don’t you want more than just exercise and eating carrot sticks? We need to learn ways to overcome the hurdles that normally impede us in our health journey. We need to get deeper and get free from our limited beliefs so we can enjoy food and life, and still feel great about ourselves, having good relationships, loving others intentionally and living the life God has designed for us.
If you don’t want to do the deep work within you, then this program is not for you. If you want the same old program where they tell you what to eat, when to eat, how many times you need to exercise, what to do for exercise, etc. then this program is not for you.
BUT if you’re tired of just going about your life and not feeling better physically, mentally, and spiritually, then Revolution IS FOR YOU.
Some details about the program:
This is a 9-week program
We meet once a week, every Tuesday at 6:30pm
Class will last 90 minutes
Class will be a workout, meditation, and a teaching each week
We will have speakers and different topics covered each week (mindset, exercise, food, and more)
Location will be Anytime Fitness in Windham NH (32 Indian Rock Rd, Windham, NH 03087)
What you’ll need for class each week*:
Yoga Mat
Wear comfortable workout apparel and sneakers
Water
Post-Workout Snack
