A REVOLUTION is coming!
Hi friends!
I’m super excited and can’t wait to tell you about something new I’m doing.
In April, I will be starting small group training!! This is something I’ve had on my heart for a long time now and God has brought me to the starting point. He has been shaping me and teaching me so I can lead you well.
The program will run in 9-week sessions and is called REVOLUTION Small Group Training.
Why REVOLUTION, you might ask?
A revolution is a “sudden, radical or complete change; and it is a fundamental change in the way of thinking about or visualizing something”. It also means “a very important change in the way that people do things.” And guys, I want to revolutionize the way you feel and think about your body! I want us to change how we view good health and revolutionize how we can get healthy in mind, body, and spirit.
God is at the center and at the very heart of us all. So, He will also be at the heart of this training.
Why should you join this program?
Because it’s going to get you to do more than exercise and eat healthy. If you wanted to just lose weight, you could do weight watchers and join a gym. But, we all want more than just a workout and carrot sticks. We want to learn ways to overcome the hurdles that normally impede us in our health journey. We want to get deeper and get free from our limited beliefs so we can enjoy food and life, and still feel great about ourselves, having good relationships, loving others intentionally and living the life God has designed for us.
If you don’t want to do the deep work within you, then this program is not for you. If you want the same old program where they tell you what to eat, when to eat, how many times you need to exercise, what to do for exercise, etc. then this program is not for you.
BUT if you’re tired of just going about your life and not feeling better physically, mentally, and spiritually, then Revolution IS FOR YOU.
Some details about the program:
This is a 9-week program
We will meet once a week on a Tuesday evening
Class will last 90 minutes
Class will be a workout, stretching, meditation, and a teaching each week
We will have speakers and different topics covered each week (mindset, exercise, food, and more)
Location will be Anytime Fitness in Windham NH (32 Indian Rock Rd, Windham, NH 03087)
